Series BAT-H Assembly Benches
Cutting-edge automatic assembly solutions that significantly enhance productivity. Capable of assembling large cylinders up to 14 feet long—in under 5 minutes with just one operator. They feature an easy-to-program cycle for automated rod-to-tube bore alignment, insertion, and torquing. Heavy-duty hydraulic clamps secure the cylinders during the process.
Torque Equipment
This tool generates automatic torque from 33 ft-lb to 220 ft-lb and includes adjustable HEX plates for various sizes and configurations.

Rod Push Equipment
This tool helps align and center the rod within the tube for safe piston insertion at a controlled speed.

Rod Adjustable Supporting Equipment
This device offers adjustable support for the rod to aid in piston insertion.

Tube Adjustable Supporting Plates (Blocks)
These adjustable plates are designed to securely support and clamp cylinder tubes.

Enclosure
To ensure safety during testing, the testing bench includes doors that can be easily slid closed, fully enclosing the testing area.

Oil Spill Drainage
The bench top is designed with grid holes that effectively channel any leaked oil from the cylinder to the bottom. From there, the oil is efficiently pumped and filtered back into the tank using a discreet container located beneath the bench.

Adjustable Support Screws
Sturdy, adjustable screws offer flexible support, keeping your machine level and straight on uneven surfaces.

Sliding Carts
Heavy-duty sliding carts are designed for durability and offer smooth sliding functionality. They can be easily locked into place for secure use.

CYL.PRO Software for Inputs and Management
The assembly bench and electro-pneumatic systems are powered by our proprietary “CYL.PRO” software. This user-friendly, Windows-based software runs seamlessly on the Siemens platform. Users can easily input parameters via the touchscreen and are guided through the assembly and testing process with interactive schematics and visual representations of the cylinder. Real-time monitoring of assembly and test results is also available. Files can be saved wirelessly to the company network or directly to a PC. Upon completion of the test, users can generate assembly and test reports, saving them in both Excel and PDF formats on the network.

The Interface
The Human Machine Interface (HMI) features an intuitive button layout for quick access to run and adjust the cylinder assembly. It boasts a touchscreen that displays live data on the movements of different parts. It also includes comprehensive layouts and schematic graphics that aid in visualizing and controlling the assembly process.
