Series BAT-H Assembly Benches
Series BAT-H 35/40
The Series BAT-H 35/40 test bench is designed to assemble and test medium to large hydraulic cylinders. This range of cylinders can be difficult to manage in a safe manner by one or more operators, until now.
The 35/40 models include the following features:
- Separate hydraulic power unit, with control pc unit, and electric panel.
- Standard pressures up to 350 bar (higher pressures available on request).
- Reinforced mechanical structure to support higher loads.
- Hydraulic clamps for cylinder blocking.
- Rear stop wall for cylinder blocking in the rod introduction phase.
- 8mm thick, sliding, transparent, shatterproof cage to ensure safety while tests are carried out.
Series BAT-H 15/20
The Series BAT-H 15/20 test bench is designed to assemble and test small and medium size hydraulic cylinders. Different models of test-bench respond to different workshop management styles and production philosophies.
The 15/20 models include the following features:
- Hydraulic Power Unit, with control panel and electrical panel.
- Standard pressures up to 350 bar (higher pressures available on request).
- Extruded aluminum structural profile.
- Pneumatic or hydraulic clamps for locking the cylinder in place during testing.
- Rear stop wall, for cylinder blocking during rod-introduction phase.
- 8mm thick, sliding, transparent, shatterproof cage to ensure safety while tests are carried out.
